Batel Zohar - Developer Advocate

Batel Zohar is a Developer Advocate for JFrog and has a background in DevOps support engineering, web development, and embedded software engineering. Prior to this, Batel served as an Enterprise Solutions Lead on a dedicated team that accompanies and assists large customers through the architectural implementation of the JFrog platform. She loves her dogs, plays guitar, and is a fan of Marvels movies

Karin is the founder of Project Elevate, a DevRel consulting company. With a decade of experience in community programming, advocacy, and developer relations, Karin has built thriving communities that drive growth and engagement for companies across various industries. As Head of Developer Community at StarTree, Karin played a key role in bringing the company from 0-1 in developer engagement, marketing, community programs, recruiting, and culture development. She also led the community at Neo4j, where she built a thriving community that became one of the unique selling points of the product. Karin has also worked on campaigns for renowned organizations and individuals such as Eminem, Live Nation, Re/Max (real estate), Novartis (pharma), Data Council, and more. With her passion for elevating communities and driving growth, Karin is dedicated to helping companies achieve their DevRel goals through Project Elevate.

Mary Thengvall - Director of DevRel, Camunda

Mary Thengvall is a connector of people at heart, both personally and professionally. She loves digging into the strategy of how to build and foster developer communities and has been doing so for over 15 years. Mary is the Director of Developer Relations at Camunda, a process automation and orchestration platform. She's the author of The Business Value of Developer Relations, co-founder of the DevRel Collective, and founding host of Community Pulse.

Daliya Spasova - Global Community Manager, Kong

Daliya is passionate about building tech communities and interacting with people. She currently works as a global community manager at Kong. While working in tech marketing, her experience varies between program management for multinational companies and startups with specialization in community engagement and development.

Baruch Sadogursky - Principal Developer Productivity Engineering Advocate, Gradle

Baruch Sadogursky (@jbaruch) did Java before it had generics, DevOps before there was Docker, and DevRel before it had a name. He started DevRel at JFrog when it was ten people and took it all the way to a successful $6B IPO by helping engineers solve problems. Now Baruch keeps helping engineers solve problems but also helps companies help engineers solve problems. He is a co-author of the “Liquid Software” and “DevOps Tools for Java Developers” books, serves on multiple conference program committees, and regularly speaks at numerous most prestigious industry conferences, including Kubecon, JavaOne (RIP), Devoxx, QCon, DevRelCon, DevOpsDays (all over), DevOops (not a typo) and others. After a tenure of eleven years in JFrog DevRel, Baruch is the Principal Developer Productivity Engineering Advocate at Gradle.

Valarie Regas - Developer Advocate

Valarie Regas is a DevOps fanatic, a Georgia Tech coding bootcamp graduate, and a veteran mommy. She holds a BA in Psychology and currently works as a Developer Advocate. After years being a stay-at-home mom, she decided to change her life by entering tech, and has learned a lot along the way. Outside of work, she enjoys mixed martial arts fighting, table-top role playing games, public speaking, creating tiny humans, and activism of all sorts.

Steven Pousty - Helping you understand and implement technology

Steve is a dad, partner, son, and founder of Tech Raven Consulting. He can teach you about Data Analysis, Java, Python, PostgreSQL, Microservices, Containers, Kubernetes, and some JavaScript. He has deep subject area expertise in GIS/Spatial, Statistics, and Ecology. Before founding his company, Steve was a developer Advocate for VMware, Crunchy Data, DigitalGlobe, Red Hat, LinkedIn, deCarta, and ESRI. Steve has a Ph.D. in Ecology and can easily be bribed with offers of bird watching or fly fishing.

Adi Polak - Director of Advocacy and Developer Experience Engineering, Confluent

Adi is an experienced Software Engineer and people manager. For most of her professional life, she has worked with data and machine learning for operations and analytics. As a data practitioner, she developed algorithms to solve real-world problems using machine learning techniques and leveraging expertise in Apache Spark, Kafka, HDFS, and distributed large-scale systems.

Adi has taught Spark to thousands of students and is the author of the successful book — Scaling Machine Learning with Spark. Earlier this year, she embarked on a new adventure with data streaming, specifically Flink, and she can't get enough of it.

Jeremy Meiss - Director, DevRel @ CircleCI

Jeremy is the Director of DevRel & Community at CircleCI, formerly at Solace, Auth0, and XDA. With over 27 years in Tech, covering just about every functional area including Support, SysAdmin, Application Developer, Program Manager, and Business Analyst, Jeremy is active in the DevRel and DevOps communities, and is a co-creator of DevOpsPartyGames.com. A lover of all things coffee, community, open source, and tech, he's a husband and father, and is also house-broken, and (generally) plays well with others.

Olga Makhasoeva -

Oli is a Director of Developer Relations & Operations with years of experience creating strong developer communities and empowering developers to build amazing things. Oli believes that community is the lifeblood of OSS-driven and SaaS businesses, and she is always looking for ways to improve the developer experience.
Even outside work, Oli's interests are to create more equitable and inclusive communities, so she studies sustainable urbanism and explores how technology could help shape better neighborhoods.

Lori Lorusso - JFrog, Open Source Program Manager

Lori is the Open Source Program Manager at JFrog. She has a passion and enthusiasm for working with the developer community and has traveled across the globe attending conferences and community events advocating on behalf of developers.

Lori was elected Marketing Chair of the CNCF, appointed Chair of the CDF Outreach Committee, is the program chair of cdCon, and is active in the OpenSSF outreach committee. She is a co-organizer of VJUG and frequently volunteers to support other JUGs at virtual and in person events. She co-hosts the CD Pipeline on behalf of the CDF with TechstrongTV. She is committed to helping open source and other tech communities grow and adapt in our ever changing environment.

Caroline Lewko - CoFounder, DevRel.Agency

Caroline has engaged with emerging technologies for over 20 years, as a coder, funder, community builder, and entrepreneur. She founded her first technical community in 2001, and the first DevRel Agency, WIP, in 2006. She co-authored with James Parton, the DevRel Book, Developer Relations: How to Build and Grow a Successful Developer Program, and recently Co-Founded DevRel.Agency to continue to impact and elevate the practice of DevRel.

Gabriel L. Manor - Director of DevRel @ Permit.io

I'm a senior full-stack developer with a favorite kid named Frontend.
For over ten years now, I've enjoyed writing clean code, simplifying complex problems, leading feature development, and influencing innovation every day.
When Im not busy with code, youll find me talking about application performance, building confidence in code-bases, product architecture, developing organizational culture, and other nerdy dev stuff.
Besides all that, I'm a father of two, a hobbyist photographer, lego builder, and food creator.

Tessa Kriesel - DevRel Leader & Coach | Head of Platform DevRel at Snap

Tessa Kriesel is an experienced developer and community leader. With over 14 years of experience, she is a self-taught developer who has focused on open-source development, DevOps, and community growth. She is passionate about engaging developer audiences and drives her efforts from a data-driven campaign perspective.

Tessa takes pride in engaging with her community as a contributor and mentor and has done this for several companies, ranging from startups to tech giants. As a technologist, her goal is to elevate developers' voices and knowledge in the community. In addition to her work as Head of Platform Developer Relations at Snap, she advises early-stage startups and mentors underrepresented groups. Leonid Igolnik - VP of Product Development w/Oracle

Leonid Igolnik is self proclaimed a unix bigot and a java evangelist. In his current role as a Vice President of Product Development with Oracle he is responsible for product development of several SaaS applications. He has spent his entire professional career building on-line applications starting at one of the earliest internet service providers in Israel. Leonid first started building large scale applications in Java in 2002 while working for the 2nd largest domain registrar at the time at Tucows/OpenSRS where he led the platform team. Subsequently to that he held several technology leadership roles with companies in Canada and US. Most recently Leonid has been responsible for engineering teams at Taleo (acquired by Oracle) building applications that help millions of people find jobs that have propelled the company to a position of one of the 4 largest SaaS companies in the world.

PJ Hagerty - Founder of DevRelate.io and Chief Community Officer

PJ is the founder of DevRelate.io and a board member of Open Sourcing Mental Illness (OSMIhelp.org). He is an organizer of DevOps Days Buffalo, CodeDaze, and ElixirDaze. PJ is a developer, writer, speaker, musician, and Community Advocate. He is known to travel the world speaking about programming and the way people think and interact. He is also known for wearing hats.
